Our portfolio includes 12,000 sq ft residential slabs, 1,000,000 sq ft warehouse foundations, 33 building apartment complexes with multi-level buildings and hundreds of apartments, 62 story high rises, hotels and much more.

Sa-Fonce has poured and finished dozens of parking decks across the southeast, with many in Atlanta, including the IKEA parking garage in Midtown Atlanta, the below-street-level deck at Atlantic Station, the eight-story parking deck at Kennesaw State University, and the newest deck at Hartsfield Jackson Airport.

Sa-Fonce Concrete has been an industry leading concrete company for over 40 years. The Founder of Sa-Fonce Concrete, Rick "Monroe" Plamondon, started his concrete business in 1975 while working in Houston, Texas, pouring concrete at the oil refineries. He soon expanded to start De-Fonce Concrete, RMC and D.C. Structures which have been merged into what is now Sa-Fonce Concrete.

Sa-Fonce is a turn key company capable of handling all your concrete needs. We own all the equipment we use: laser equipped dozers, skid steers, laser equipped graders, vibratory rollers, dozens of power ride-on trowel machines, powered trowel machines, welding rigs, screeds, motorized concrete dump carts, light generator towers, and even the tractor trailers that get all the equipment to your location.

Sa-Fonce has also worked with some of the largest developers, companies and general contractors in the United States.
